Areas of improvement and Action plans

The world is going digital, and Software Engineers who can help with that transformation are reaping the benefits. Their pay is great, hiring demand for their skills is through the roof, and working conditions have never been better. U.S news survey about the current trend in employment states that IT is one of the most high paying jobs around the globe currently. In today's time companies are looking for skilled computing graduates with good soft skills and a problem solver capacity person who is able to handle technical difficulties as well as deal with clients or present their report to their boss in a proper manner.
Looking towards my areas of improvement I have to focus not only on my modules to achieve my goals but also should be able to have a fluent and good speaking skills so that I can be able to stand high explain my thoughts to others. When I go to the real world facing problem I should also be able to solve problem as well to compete. "survival of the fittest" as Charles Darwin explained to us in order to survive we have to be always ahead of others.
To succeed in near future I should not only be good in subject matters but also should be able to show express and present their idea. Well Studying here 7 weeks in Islington college I fell that I have been going in the right direction for my future. Currently I am in a learning stage where I am learning various programming languages such as Java, Python, etc and even with the help of PowerPoint I have been giving presentation and explaining people my works. To overcome all my weak points I would spend most of my time practicing programming language; work as an intern on various IT companies. To improve my speaking skills I would take some classes at the toast master  and volunteer on as many occasion as possible.
